Notice: Check in/out times are firm. Early Arrivals/Later Departures requests are not guaranteed. We ask that you please contact us a week prior to your arrival to confirm as it all depends on the home’s availability and or the condition the previous group left the home in. We appreciate your understanding.

The home is located in the Seguin/McQueeney, TX area right on the Guadalupe River.

If you wish to view the home prior to booking please reach out so we can set up a viewing date. If you become aware of the home’s location without contacting us we ask that you please not trespass on the property as there will most likely be a group staying at the home who wish not to be disturbed.

For our guests privacy and safety the exact location of the home will be sent to you after you have booked and have signed your guest agreement.

Terms:

• When no one is in the home the dog(s) must be crated and not loose in the house or left alone in a bedroom without being crated.

• All dogs must be up to date on their shots and have no fleas.

• Dogs are not allowed on any of the homes furniture or bedding. Homes bedding and pillows are not to be used a doggie bed.

• The homes dishes are not to be used as food or water bowls.

• Please clean up any accidents they may have inside the home and note the before departure check list when leaving so the crew can make sure to thoroughly sanitize the area.

• Any droppings in the yard must be picked up and thrown away.

• Please be aware of your dogs whereabouts when not on a leash in the yard and that neighboring guests are not bothered or harmed by your dog(s). Any pet related injuries caused by your pet to a guest either in your group, a neighboring group, or any person(s) not staying at our rental will be your responsibility to cover all medical fees should they require medical attention and all legal fee’s should they choose to seek any type of legal compensation for their injuries.

To the group members flying in we suggest flying in to the either the San Antonio or Austin Airports.

• from San Antonio travel time is 35-45 minutes to the home.

• from Austin we suggest taking the I-130 toll road to the home as it is much faster. Travel time is about 55 minutes. 

The home is located minutes away to almost anything you could possibly need such as grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, liquor stores, water parks, catering, golf courses and wineries. The farthest attractions are Schlitterbahn water park and the small, exciting town of Gruene, TX which are both 16 minutes from the home. Below are a list of the most common destinations guests visit when staying with us and their travel times from the home:
