To the group members flying in we suggest flying in to the either the San Antonio or Austin Airports.

• from San Antonio travel time is 35-45 minutes to the home.

• from Austin we suggest taking the I-130 toll road to the home as it is much faster. Travel time is about 55 minutes. 

Tip: Guests have successfully used Uber or Lyft to and from the airport

The home is located minutes away to almost anything you could possibly need such as grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, liquor stores, water parks, catering, golf courses and wineries. The farthest attractions are Schlitterbahn water park and the small, exciting town of Gruene, TX which are both 16 minutes from the home. Below are a list of the most common destinations guests visit when staying with us and their travel times from the home:

• Walmart and HEB Grocery Stores - 10 minutes

• Local Restaurants - less than 10 minutes

• Gas Stations - 5 minutes

• Public Boat Ramp - 4 minutes

• Golf Courses - 10-12 minutes

• Wineries - 10 minutes to the nearest one and 16 to the farthest (Located in Gruene, TX)

Walmart+ delivery or pickup, H-E-B pickup, Instacart, DoorDash, and Uber Eats services are all available at the home.

For any prescheduled grocery or food deliveries, we kindly ask that they be scheduled for any time after our standard 4:00 PM check-in on the day of your arrival.

While we’re happy to accommodate deliveries during your stay, please note that we cannot guarantee the timing or successful arrival of any third-party delivery services prior to your arrival.

We’re happy to allow freestanding tents in the backyard for events or gatherings, as long as they are secured using weighted anchors rather than stakes. Our property has an underground irrigation system, and driving stakes into the ground can cause costly damage to those lines. For that reason, we do not allow anything to be staked into the ground. Weighted tents work great, are safe for the property, and are fully welcome as long as they are set up and fully removed prior to departure.
